A modern alternative to traditional roller banners, fabric banners feature a seamless stretch-fabric graphic that slides over a lightweight tubular frame—creating a smooth, tensioned finish with no visible join lines.
Every stand is printed double-sided as standard, allowing you to display the same message on both sides or two completely different designs at no extra cost. The dye-sublimation printing process ensures deep, vibrant colours that are fully washable and scratch-resistant.
Smart, Sustainable & Portable The aluminium frame clicks together in minutes using a simple push-fit system (numbered for ease), requiring no tools. Once the event is over, the entire kit packs down into a compact carry bag for easy transport. The hardware is reusable, meaning you can simply order a replacement fabric graphic whenever you need to update your marketing—making this a cost-effective and eco-friendly choice for long-term use.
How it works
To place an order, simply select the options you'd like, pay online, and you'll be prompted to upload your design.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will shows the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've dispatched your order.
Artwork Requirements
The ideal: a press-ready PDF The best thing you can send us is a PDF exported at 'Press Quality' (or 'High Quality Print') settings, set up with 5mm bleed and cropmarks. Bleed means your design extends slightly beyond the cut edge, so there are no white borders after trimming.
Not sure how to do this? Canva makes it straightforward — export as PDF Print and tick the 'Crop marks and bleed' box. For Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, use File → Export → PDF (Print) and choose the Press Quality preset. Our full artwork guide is at copycentre.com/artwork.
Please bear in mind that the very top and bottom of the design will be hidden in the roller mechanism
For professional designers
- Colour mode: CMYK
- Resolution: 300 dpi minimum at final print size

- Fonts: embed all fonts or convert to outlines before exporting
- Cropmarks: include (offset 3mm from trim edge)
- File format: PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 preferred; PDF (Press Quality) also accepted
Whatever you send, we'll send you a PDF proof to approve first.
