We know that in the events industry, last-minute changes are inevitable. Because we print and finish all our large format boards in-house at our London facility, we have complete control over production. We can often turn around urgent orders the next working day (or even the same day), helping you avoid a crisis before the doors open!
How it works
We'll need a file to print from. If you don't have a design, then we recommend searching on Canva or Etsy for an editable template that matches your needs.
Simply work out the number of foamboards you would like, any extra options, and Add to Basket.
We don't charge any extra if you want to split your order across multiple designs, just select the total number of prints.
During the checkout you'll be prompted to upload your file(s), and there'll be a box whereou can write any special instructions or notes for your order.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished your order.
File Types
- Our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. This allows us to print edge-to-edge.
Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software. - For images, an RGB TIFF or maximum quality JPEG is good.
- If you are unsure about the quality of your file, zoom in on screen to 400% to get a preview of how it will print out as a poster. Posters are meant to be viewed at a distance, so some blockiness is usually OK.
- We also accept Microsoft Word / Powerpoint / Publisher, and we can resize your file for you.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.

- Gloss lamination is shiny and wipe clean, and enhances colours
- Matt lamination is non-reflective, and dulls colours for a more subtle finish. It's not suitable for dry wipe markers.

- A2: 594 x 420 mm / 16.5 x 23.4 inch
- A3: 420 x 297 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inch
