We'll need to have a PDF that we can print from, with 1 name per page. Alternatively we can work with a template PDF and an Excel list of names, photos and any other information you might like on your card. 

Simply work out the total number of name cards you would like, and Add to Basket.

During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file, and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there. 

We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes. 

Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished. 

(Please note that we do not print PVC ID badges, our alternative would be to print laminated thick card instead)

File Types

• We'd ideally like a correctly sized PDF saved with 3mm bleed. If you don't know what this means, then a business card size should be OK for an ID card.
• Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software. 
• We need 1 name per page. If you have 200 names, we need a 200 page PDF.
• We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing. 

Specifications

• Print: All cards are printed in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same if your design is black & white only.  
• Paper:
  • 350gsm silk is a FSC-certified thick smooth card, with a slight finish to it. Choose this for events and short term use. 
• Finish:
