Our A4 colour booklets are perfectly suited for presentation decks, company brochures, event programmes and product catalogues.

Printed in full colour and securely saddle-stitched (stapled), they provide a crisp, professional finish.

We print everything on-site, eliminating outsourcing delays to offer reliable production for tight deadlines.

  • We'll need to have a file that is ready to print.
  • Simply work out the number of booklets you would like, the print and paper type, and Add to Basket.
  • The number of pages is how many A4 'sides' there are in the finished booklet.
  • You'll be able to upload your file and write any instructions during checkout

We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This allows you to check for any mistakes before printing.

File Types

We need a ready-to-print file in simple A4 pages in reading order.   We prefer PDFs.

Please don't try to lay it out as a booklet (ie: putting 2 pages on 1 sheet), as we will do all the 'booklet making' on our end.

The number of pages must always be divisible by 4, so a 6-page document would need 2 blanks to make 8.

Specifications

  • A4 Booklets are printed on A3, folded in half, stapled twice down the fold (saddle stitched), and trimmed for a neat finish.
  • 130gsm paper is slightly thicker than normal paper (the same weight as a standard takeaway menu).
  • 170gsm card is a lightweight card that we use for our booklet covers.
  • 250gsm card is a medium card that we use for our booklet covers.
  • Coated Silk card is smooth and white, with a slight shine to it. It's the most popular choice for printing, and the quality is excellent.
  • Uncoated card is a bond paper, with a plain natural 'paper' finish. It has more of a texture compared to silk, and is good for writing on.

Delivery

  • We use next working day couriers as standard (DPD or Royal Mail). Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands can take longer.

Popular Uses for A4 Booklets:

  • Annual reports and corporate company profiles

  • Presentation decks, pitch documents and printed PowerPoint slides

  • Product catalogues and wholesale price lists

  • Training manuals, staff handbooks and policy documents

  • School or university prospectuses and course workbooks

  • Property brochures and fashion books

  • Local magazines and community newsletters

  • Large event guides, exhibition notes and theatre programmes
