Our standard formats are A3 folded to A4, or A4 folded to A5, providing a clean and practical finish for mailing and distribution. Specifications include a choice of black and white or full-colour printing, alongside standard or premium paper stocks.

Low minimum order quantities
We routinely supply folded newsletters to charities, community groups, schools, parish councils, and professional associations, offering a dependable solution for all regular communications.
We'll need to have a file that we can print from.
Our prices are per design, so if you have 2 different designs, you'll need to make a separate order for each.
Simply work out the total number of prints you would like, any options, and Add to Basket.
During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished.
File Types
- If we're printing in colour, our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. This allows us to print edge-to-edge.
Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software. Black and white newsletters will be printed with a small white margin around each edge. - We like files with 4 pages in reading order, so that we can arrange the layout on our end.
- We also accept JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word / Powerpoint / Publisher, and we can resize your file for you.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.

- Uncoated is a bond paper, with a plain natural 'paper' finish.
- All our paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources.
Turnaround
- Production time starts once you have approved a PDF proof.
