How it works

• Put the number of pages you have (some PDFs have more than 1), and the number of copies you'd like, and add to basket
• You'll be able to upload your PDFs and write instructions after checkout

We don't print anything automatically. We usually print patterns at their PDF page size, which tends to be A0. We'll check every file before printing, and contact you if we don't understand something. If you've ordered something incorrectly we'll refund you. 

Not sure of your pattern size? It's often written in the filename, or on the pattern title section of the page. 

If you'd like your patterns laminated or on waterproof plastic paper, please order them here. 

You can also email us your files first if you prefer, and we'll count them up and reply with a quote and payment link. If you have too many files for an email, you can also use our wetransfer page.

File Types

• Prices are based on printing from PDF only

Specifications

• Printed on white 80gsm paper and machine folded to A4.
• Black & White prints are printed in greyscale. Please note that blues, greens and yellows will print out as light grey and may be hard to distiguish. 
• Lines / Text / Light Shading refers to the majority of sewing and dressmaking patterns, which are mostly lines with a 5% ink coverage. 
• Graphics / Images / Solid Areas refers to patterns with higher ink coverage, such as photos or solid blocks of colour. These are printed slower at a higher quality.
  Please note that these will not be photo quality, for high quality prints please order posters.

Turnaround time

• Most orders are printed and dispatched same day. 1pm is our typical cut-off time for same day dispatch, but this can be later depending on our workload. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. 
• Delivery is next working day by DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore islands may take longer.
