We offer three distinct formats:

Premium Laminated Cards: These badges are printed on thick 350gsm card and laminated for durability. They are punched with a hole to clip directly onto a lanyard, eliminating the need for single-use plastic holders. A smart, sustainable choice for modern events.

Standard Inserts for Plastic Holders: The classic conference look. We print high-quality A7 card inserts designed to slide perfectly into standard clear plastic wallets (which we also supply).

Plain cards: A fully recyclable option printed on uncoated card stock, perfect if you have your own holders
Simply send us your branded background design and an Excel spreadsheet of your attendees. We will merge the data to print a unique badge for every delegate.

Fast Turnaround for Last-Minute Lists
Guest lists are often finalised at the eleventh hour. Because we print everything in-house, we offer fast turnaround times—perfect for those last-minute delegate additions.
How it works
We'll need to have a file that we can print from, with 1 name per page.
Simply work out the total number of name cards you would like, and Add to Basket.
If it's for an event, it's usually best to order a few more and include some blanks, for any late attendees.
During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file, and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished.
(Please note that we do not print plastic ID badges, we print on paper instead)
File Types
- We'd ideally like a correctly sized PDF saved with 3mm bleed. If you don't know what this means, then a business card size should be OK for an ID card, or A6 should be fine for A7. Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software.
- We need 1 name per page. If you have 200 names, we need a 200 page PDF.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.

- 350gsm silk is a FSC-certified thick smooth card, with a slight finish to it. Choose this for events and short term use.
- Finish:
- Cards only: We print and cut the cards for you to insert into your own holders
- Badge Holders: We print the cards and supply badge holders, for you to attach your own lanyards or clips to.
- ID card badge holders are clear, open faced, rigid and biodegradable. They can be portrait or landscape to suit your design, and are for single sided cards only.
- A7 holders are clear soft plastic pouches, typically used for visitor passes. They are more weatherproof than ID badge holders, as the inserts are fully enclosed. They can be portrait or landscape, and cards can be printed single or double sided.
- Lanyards: Our lanyards are plain black, 45cm x 1cm, with a black metal lobster clip and safety breakaways (will come apart when pulled).
- Badge Clips: These are crocodile clips on plastic straps. They attach to badge holders, so that the badges can be worn on clothes.
- Assembly: We supply all the parts of your order assembled together.
Turnaround
- Production time is usually 1 working day, and starts once you have approved a PDF proof.
- Delivery is typically 1 working day, but can vary depending on where you are in the UK.
