Our Pin & Clip Name Badges offer versatile, comfortable wear for every delegate. Each clear plastic holder features a dual fastening mechanism:
- Crocodile Clip – Attaches to suit lapels, pockets, or thicker fabrics without leaving marks.
- Safety Pin – Secures to shirts, blouses, or dresses where clips may not hold.
This ensures badges stay in place on formal business wear or smart-casual outfits.
Simply provide an Excel spreadsheet with your attendee list and branded background design. We'll merge the data to print individual names, job titles and company logos onto each insert for a consistent, professional look.

With in-house printing and stocked holders, we can accommodate last-minute guest list changes and offer fast turnaround times.
How it works
We'll need to have a file that we can print from, with 1 name per page.
Simply work out the total number of name cards you would like, and Add to Basket.
If it's for an event, it's usually best to order a few more and include some blanks, for any late attendees.
During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file, and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished.
Please note, we do not print PVC ID badges. As an alternative, we can print simple ID badges on laminated thick card.
File Types
- We'd ideally like a correctly sized PDF saved with 3mm bleed. If you don't know what this means, then a business card size should be OK for an ID card. Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software.
- We need 1 name per page. If you have 200 names, we need a 200 page PDF.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.

- Print: All cards are printed in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same if your design is black & white only.
- Paper:
- 350gsm silk is a FSC-certified thick smooth card, with a slight finish to it. Choose this for events and short term use.
- Production time is usually 1 working day, and starts once you have approved a PDF proof.
- Delivery is typically 1 working day, but can vary depending on where you are in the UK.
