Memorial Posters & Funeral Welcome Signs
A personalised memorial poster or welcome sign is a touching way to celebrate the life of your loved one.
Whether you need a large portrait printed, a welcoming sign for the entrance to the venue, or smaller photo prints, we provide a printing service that combines care with professional quality and speed.
What we can print
- Floral Tribute Inserts: We work extensively with florists to create photos that fit perfectly within wreaths, hearts, or bespoke floral designs. We can print to exact custom sizes and provide lamination to protect the image from moisture.
- Funeral Welcome Signs: Greet guests at the entrance of the chapel, crematorium, or wake with a foamboard featuring a photo, their name, and dates. This adds a personal touch from the moment guests arrive.
- Vehicle & Procession Posters: We produce smaller prints to be attached to vans, cars or hearses during the procession.
- Large Format Portraits: A high-resolution enlargement of a favourite photograph can serve as the centrepiece of the service, placed on an easel near the front.
- Memory Boards & Collages: Print a collection of smaller photos or a designed collage to display on a table at the reception or wake.
We know that funeral arrangements often happen on tight timelines. We partner with funeral directors and florists for guaranteed safe, on-time delivery.

During checkout you'll be prompted to upload your file(s), and there'll be a box where you can write any special instructions or notes for your order.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order and email you a PDF proof if necessary. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
If your file looks fine we'll get started right away, and email you once we've dispatched your order.
File Types
- Our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. This allows us to print edge-to-edge.
Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software. - For images, an RGB TIFF or maximum quality JPEG is good.
- If you are unsure about the quality of your file, zoom in on screen to 400% to get a preview of how it will print out as a poster. Posters are meant to be viewed at a distance, so some blockiness is usually OK.
- We also accept Microsoft Word / Powerpoint / Publisher, and we can resize your file for you.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.
Small Posters: A4-A3
We print these on a production digital press. If you can supply a PDF with cropmarks and 3mm bleed we'll print them edge to edge. Otherwise we print with a small white margin around each edge as standard.
- 130gsm silk is a premium smooth paper with a slight shine to it
- 250gsm silk card is a is a premium smooth card with a slight shine to it
- 145mic Plastic paper is tearproof, waterproof and heat resistant, but still thin like paper. It has a matt finish and is recyclable, and can be used indoors or outdoors.
- 250gsm + Gloss Lamination (encapsulation) protects your posters with a double-sided plastic finish, making your posters durable and reusable and waterproof. It can be used indoors or outdoors. We print on 250gsm card then laminate. Gloss lamination is shiny and wipe clean.
- All our wood-based paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources.
Large Posters: A2, A1, A0
We use a photo printer that uses fade resistant UV inks. Our machine has 9 colours, which allows for excellent RGB colour reproduction for vivid photos and graphics. We print these full bleed (edge to edge) as standard.
- Matt coated card is the most popular choice, suitable for most posters. It has a non-reflective matt finish, and is suitable for indoor use only. It's not suitable for writing on.
- Photo satin card is shinier than matt, as is best for photo prints or particularly black designs. It really enhances any sharp, vivid colours, and is suitable for indoor use only.
- Plastic paper is tearproof, waterproof and heat resistant, but still thin like paper. It has a matt finish and is recyclable, and can be used indoors or outdoors.
