While traditional stationers have waiting lists and can take weeks or months, we print everything in-house. This allows us to offer a next-day turnaround on most orders.
How it works
We'll need to have a file that we can print from.
Our prices are per design, so if you have 2 different designs, you'll need to make a separate order for each.
Simply work out the total number of menus you would like, any options, and Add to Basket.
During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file, and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished.
File Types
- Our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. This allows us to print edge-to-edge.
Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software. - We also accept JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word / Powerpoint / Publisher, and we can resize your file for you.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.
Specifications
- Coated Silk card is a smooth and white paper, with a slight finish to it. It's the most popular choice for printing, and the quality is excellent.
- Uncoated card is a bond paper, with a plain natural 'paper' finish. It's best for white designs, because printed backgrounds don't come out as solid (compared to silk).
- All menus are printed in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same even if your design is black & white only.
- All our wood based paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources.

- A5: 210 x 148mm (half of A4)
- A6: 148 x 105mm (quarter of A4)
- A7: 105 x 74mm (eighth of A4)

We don't print custom sizes, we may be able to resize your file to the nearest standard size.
Turnaround
- Production time starts once you have approved a PDF proof.
- Delivery is typically 1 working day, but can vary depending on where you are in the UK.
