Save the Date Cards: Usually sent 6–12 months in advance, these A6 or A7 cards are ideal for fridge-magnets or pin-board reminders.

RSVP Cards: Typically included with the formal invitation, these cards encourage a prompt response. We recommend choosing a size smaller than your main invite (e.g. A7) to ensure it fits neatly inside the main envelope.
We print on the same premium stocks as our main invitations, allowing you to match your RSVPs and Save the Dates to your primary design seamlessly.

While traditional stationers have waiting lists and can take weeks or months, we print everything in-house. This allows us to offer a next-day turnaround on most orders.
How it works
We'll need to have a file that we can print from.
Our prices are per design, so if you have 2 different designs, you'll need to make a separate order for each.
Simply work out the total number of prints you would like, any options, and Add to Basket.
During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file, and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished.
Specifications
- Coated Silk card is smooth and white, with a slight shine to it. It's the most popular choice for printing, and the quality is excellent.
- Uncoated card is a bond paper, with a plain natural 'paper' finish. It has more of a texture compared to silk, and is good for writing on.
- 350gsm is our best card and suited to wedding invitations, special events, birthdays and menus
- 250gsm is a good compromise between price and thickness
- 170gsm is our most popular choice for children's parties
- All our paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources.
- All cards are printed in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same even if your design is black & white only.
- Envelopes are 120gsm white peel & seal.
File Types
- Our ideal file type is a PDF saved with 'press quality' settings, set up with cropmarks and 3mm bleed. We have an artwork guide that shows how to save this from Adobe Software and Canva.
- Please keep all text at least 4mm away from the edge of the design. It's best not to use a font size smaller than 8.
- We can accept JPEG, TIFF, Microsoft Word / Powerpoint / Publisher.
- If you don't have a design, Canva is the quickest and easiest way to make something on your phone, and you can download a PDF to send us.
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.

Our prices are per design, so if you have 2 different designs, you'll need to make a separate order for each.
