Our standard place cards are supplied as a 90mm x 90mm square, professionally creased in the centre. When folded, they form a classic "tent" shape (45mm tall) that stands independently.
We offer two services:

The "Hassle-Free" Option: Simply send us your design background and a spreadsheet (Excel) of your guest names. We will merge the data and print a unique card for every guest.

The "Print-Ready" Option: If you already have created individual PDFs for each card, we can print directly from your files.
Premium Quality
We print on sturdy, premium 350gsm card stock. This ensures your cards are rigid enough to stand perfectly straight throughout the event.
How it works
We'll need to have a file that we can print from (with 1 name per page), or a list of names.
Simply work out the total number of place cards you would like, and Add to Basket.
During checkout, you'll be prompted to upload your file, and you'll be able to write any special instructions to us there.
We don't print anything automatically. We'll check your order, make sure we understand it, and email you a PDF proof for you to approve first. This will show the final layout as it would print, and allows you to check for any mistakes.
Once you approve your PDF proof, we'll get started and email you once we've finished.
File Types
Supplying us a list of names
- Most people give us a list of names in Excel, plus a template or description of how they want each card to look.
- Please carefully check your list to make sure that there's no mistakes and that all names are formatted nicely (starting with capital letters).
- We prefer 2 columns, a first name and a surname.
- Once you place your order, we'll design the cards and email a PDF proof for you to approve before printing.
Supplying your own file
- We'll need a correctly sized PDF saved with 3mm bleed. Please see our artwork guide on how to create one of these from Canva or Adobe software.
- For 90 x 90mm cards your PDF should measure 96 x 96mm (with 3mm bleed). For 105 x 120mm cards your PDF should measure 111 x 126mm. We cannot print custom sizes.
- We need 1 name per page. If you have 200 names, we need a 200 page PDF.
- Please don't include a folding line as this is not necessary
- We'll always check your file send you a PDF proof to approve before printing.
Specifications
- All cards are printed in full colour and at excellent quality. The prices are the same if your design is black & white only.
- 350gsm silk is a thick smooth card, with a slight finish to it.
- 350gsm uncoated is a thick bond card with a 'natural' paper finish.
- All our paper is FSC-certified, from mixed and renewable resources.
Turnaround
- Production time starts once you have approved a PDF proof.
- Delivery is typically 1 working day, but can vary depending on where you are in the UK.
